Safety rule number one: never ever let Usyaka know that you don’t want her to do something she is about to do.
Any noticeable protests will lead to excessive purring, uncontrollable excitement and even more active attempts to do the thing that humans don’t want her to do, for example climbing up the clothes dryer.

She was extremely excited when she saw that I didn’t want her to go up there. She thought I was hiding something there.
But, she looks very cute doing all of this.
Ah well, she often looks cute when she creates some chaos.

Cat used to lie in clothes on the airer like a hammock and bat me when i walked by. Now I have a pulley attached the ceiling instead!

My daughter’s cat insists upon jumping on our dryer. We are always picking our clothes up off the floor, but she is so cute, it’s difficult to scold her.
