The cat remains in shadow.
Or maybe she just woke up and said ‘you moved’?
It can happen sometimes, but this time it was not the case. She’s looking up in search for some birdies 🙂
What!?! Is that even possible? My boys are (like me) following the sunbeams around the house. Of course, our top temp has only been about 22! A heat wave, and yes – I have a tan already 🙂
Hehe, yes it is possible 🙂 We also have around 22 here, but it’s hotter when it’s that sunny. Besides, the windows are closed so it gets super hot, sometimes you can barely touch Usyaka because her black fur attracts the sunlight.
Wow – I’m jealous all over again. I’m such a sun-seeker. We had it all week, but now that the weekend is here, back to clouds! Oh well.
Are summers also cloudy there?
Yes, and rainy and not very warm. There’s a reason Irish people are so very very pale!
I’m the same! 🙂
Bassa, with your awesome coat you must feel really hot when in the sun 🙂
Hiro loves the sun, looks for every tine sunbeam he can find to lay in. Suki on the other hand, doesn’t really care, haha.
I rather stay in the Shadow, just like Usyaka.
Lovely photo! Love it how she lays ‘ between the windows’.
Do you really always stay in the shadow? I thought all cats love sunlight, well up to the point 🙂
When the sun is getting too strong, yes. 🙂
I have sun allergy, if I stay in the sun for too long I get rash. 😦
Oh Dianda how terrible! You’d get along well in Ireland or Scotland then, for sure!
Haha, not much sun there? 😉
About Scotland – I spent couple of summers there. I’ve never seen anything like this before! You can literally wear the same coat there all year round because it’s always +14 and rains.
Sometimes there are short sunny breaks. I saw people there who were sunbathing in a park, lying on the lawn. Then some clouds came and it started raining, they didn’t even move! They kept lying there waiting for the next sunny break! 😀 I guess people there have very strong immune systems! :))
Nah, we all just drink a lot for ‘anti-freeze’! I did that tonight, just waited the rain out. We can always spot a tourist – they have umbrellas!
haha 🙂 that was funny 😀 So true! That’s what I remember about Scotland – broken umbrellas in street litter bins, and you could spot newcomers because they still had their umbrellas.
How bad was the rain, Spiders?
’twas nothing but a sprinkle 🙂
LOL 😀 😀
Really? That’s funny! I imagined Ireland was a bit more warmer during the summer. Haha.
I really want to visit it someday.
Sorry for the late reply, Dianda. It’s so sad that you have this allergy 😦 I heard that sometimes it can go away with time, but I’m sure you know this thing better.
I never used to have it when I was little. But when I got 16, I noticed I got itchy everytime I got in the sun. 😦
It’s even worser when spring suddenly has really hot days.
