The safety of bugs and cats was carefully observed throughout the whole photo shoot.
aw, Usyaka has a friend!
Ah, but what happened to the bug AFTER the photo shoot?
The bug died peacefully couple of days later, almost on the same spot. We had another identical one in another place, it had the same fate.
love the photo of Usyaka and Pirate – they look united companions in their exploration 🙂
This is one of my favourite photos too!
Beautiful photos! You do such amazing work with the cats and the photography. I know Usyaka must love the new addition to her family,as long as she remains your main squeeze of course!
Thank you, Carol! Usyaka’s life is much more fun now, that’s true, but she refuses to be the main squeeze. Pirate is much more tolerant to being squeezed, Usyaka likes the freedom of not being restrained by constant hugs.
The shot from above is superb! Must take some time out to read your cat photography book to try to learn the skills. Nothing we can do about the photos on the blog sadly as they’re done on BBs 😉
What’s BBs? 🙂 Sounds special and interesting 🙂 I love photos in your blog and the stories behind. There’s always something new.
Blackberries – not really cameras! Glad you enjoy the photos – you’re right, no trip is the same 😉
Bugs never survive longer than an hour here in the house! The cats love to play with them until they are dead. Then they’re not interesting anymore. 😛
