Just choose a room with good light, focus on a cat, put a colorful scarf over the lens, shoot.

Let me know how it goes, Charley. Light is the most important and you’ll also probably have to focus on a cat, before putting a scarf over the lens, as it’s hard to do when the scarf is already there.
